I usually use the well known much more expensive French brands and well known English organic brand with blue bottles.
These products definitely stand up to both - the serum I prefer to the top of the other brands serum.
It is none greasy, easily absorbed and definitely makes my skin feel better.
I also like the oil for evening use nice fragrance but not overwhelming and easy to use applicator.
